If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp on 08113085067. Please provide your order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the report and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.
Because many of our shelves are made to order, we may not be able to accept a change-of-mind return after production has started. Please confirm the product, dimensions, finish, quantity, and delivery details before payment. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Nigerian law.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before production begins. If production has already started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. We will explain any applicable costs before confirming a cancellation or refund.
When a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and method with you. Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank. Delivery fees may be refundable where required by applicable law or where the delivery charge resulted from our error.
